Cancellation and Refund Policy
At JK Perfume, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a flexible cancellation and refund policy.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You can write to our customer support team on email@example.com or call us on +918240272492. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you may return the order as per our return policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 3 days of receipt. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. We will issue a full refund once we have received and processed the returned product.
Please note that you will have to courier us the original product sent by us in sealed packed and unused condition. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days after we have received and processed the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery transaction, we will initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount against the billing details shared by you.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with unboxing video proof and we will either replace the product or issue a full refund.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns or cancellations.
